Sandya to dub for Shriya in Sivaji

Sivaji has completed the talkie portion and the dubbing session of the movie is going on in the AVM studios. It seems that Shankar had approached Sandya to dub for Shriya in the movie and Sandya had also readily accepted the request since Sandya was introduced in the movie produced by Shankar. Sandya is all excited and she said that the dubbing sessions are going on well and she did not know that Rajinikanth would be so simple and he too talks with her very casually in the sets.

Sivaji audio hits the stores

The audio of the much awaited movie Sivaji hit the stores on Monday. The music of the movie scored by AR Rahman, the musical legend in the country was much expected and audiences are now enjoying the audio of the movie. With Rajinikanth and Shriya, Shankar has directed the movie. Playback singers like SPB, Hariharan, Udit Narayan, Chnimayee and lot others have sung the musical hits for the movie. The lyrics for the movie have been penned by Vairamuthu, Vijay, Muthukumar and Vaalee. It can be remembered that songs of the movie Sivaji were pirated and three songs of the movie were going round in the internet. To stop the other songs of the movie to be pirated the director of the movie planned to release the audio earlier which was earlier slated for release on 4 th of April.

Sivaji Story Line

Sivaji’s plot is based on a simple story line, to invest a single rupee and earn crores out of it. Nope, if you think the movie is something about gambling, you are grossly mistaken. The movie throws light on the hardships faced by an individual who decides to proceed with the construction of his building in the city. In the process he approaches the officials who fleece him for his money. Later the poor man faces with the nightmare of his life when the officials tear his building down. The story then takes off when the protagonist decides to challenge the odds of the system and come up in life in the process. It is also reported that the movie has influences from Shankar’s real life. That makes it all the more interesting.

* 'Vaa..ji Vaa..ji Sivaji - This song has already been shot at the Ramoji Rao Film City at Hyderabad with sets, seemingly estimate Rs. 2.75 crores.

* The team of the movie is under severe orders to not reveal any information about the film, its story or about the events on the sets.

* Aishwarya Rai, Ayesha Takia and Rani Mukherjee were considered and even approached for the lead role of the lady of the movie but all absolutely refused because they felt the role they would be given would be inadequate and would possible threaten future film offers.

* Names of many admired actresses, including Sadha, Manisha Koirala and Shilpa Shetty were considered for making the item number in the film. But, finally, Mallika Sherawat, is reportedly selected to make a very special appearance in the song series.
